Two Vendor Packages

14-Day Vendor Package $1,260.00:   Arrive four days prior to start of fair and leave one day after the close of fair in 2008. Sleep 4-6 adults, very private, extra parking at no extra charge. Rate includes all taxes, breakfast cereals, popcorn, tea, coffee, hot coco, mini-refrigerator stocked with bottled water and pop at check-in.  Fostoria is only 6 minutes from the fairgrounds off Hwy. 71 -- a quick and easy drive! Save time and money, plus enjoy your privacy in this home away from home.

We do our very best to accommodate and serve the vendors, let us know if you have special needs and we will do our best to attend to them. Winter Lodging Discount for 2008

Monthly Rental at Winter Rates Available in Fostoria, IowaMonthly Winter Rate Available from Nov through April ~ $825 a month includes all utilities, taxes, high-speed Internet Access (with computer), Expanded Cable TV, all linens, all dish and kitchenware.  Fully furnished two-bedroom house. Very private with private parking area near front door. You will need to call landlord at (712) 580-3117 to view and make all arrangements.

The Master Bedroom is cozy and inviting. The standard-sized bed has a high quality mattress to help ensure a good night's rest.

The antique metal bed frame could have easily been used during the state's prairie era. Roses adorn the bed and compliments the white paneling on the walls along with the off white crocheted window coverings.

 

Bunk Bed set has a single on top and a full size mattress on bottom.

The second bedroom is refreshing as a breath of fresh air as it features the clean contemporary design of a Twin Over Standard Metal Bunk Bed. The frame is a clean white finish and the innkeeper enjoys changing the bed covers for this bedding solution that can sleep three comfortably.

Current colors of bedding in the room are shades of blue and white, and of course, you'll find prairie art and articles decorating the space.  Room has a small desk.

The living room has a futon couch that easily coverts into a bed to sleep one or two additional people -- plus we have a roll-away bed available (stored in the closet for easy access) as well.

This very private cottage can easily sleep a family or group of 4-6 very comfortably. 

  • There is also expanded cable television and a VCR for your viewing pleasure. We have a library of videos for you to select from as well as a small library of good reading materials.

  • There is a computer set-up for your use and it is connected to high speed Internet via a wireless connection, so bring your own laptop or use our desktop -- whichever fits your needs best.

  • There are a few games installed on the computer for the children, as well as Word and other standard programs. If you need to complete a few work projects, we can also furnish you with a CD-Burner.
